Once you book time at the studio, you will receive a confirmation and by
separate email, turn by turn directions to the studio.
Some Tips For Performers:
1. Make sure to be prepared. Change your strings 2 days before session. Know
your material. Make sure your players know your material.
2. Email the lyrics / charts to the studio manager before the session - a
visual helps the session go faster by making communication easier.
3. Get plenty of rest starting 2 or 3 days before the session.
4. Allow for enough time to record great performances.
Studio Booking Policy:
To reserve a calendar date and time slot at the studio a deposit of at least
50% of the estimated studio time must be made to hold any date. All deposits
are non-refundable. We do not book any studio time without a deposit.
Example: If you think it will take 4 hours to record then a deposit of 2
hours applies. The studio manager can guide you in adjusting the correct
deposit. Sorry, we do not book any time without a deposit and we
do not accept checks. However, you can pay by check through
the Intuit Payment Network.
Discounts are available for entire CD projects.
The studio will not bump or move a session booked by a client that has paid
the required deposit - so you're safe!
DATA Policy:
Our systems backup your project in real time, meaning that your
recordings are automatically backed up during your session. Further data management
of any kind is billed at the same rate as session time. That applies to
making of data DVD's CD's etc. We do not charge extra for data storage and
are not responsible for your data. Ask for your fire safe off premise data
backup and the end of each session. No product or data of any kind is
released before the account is paid in full.
Our Guarantee:
If a deposit is made and client, customer or band is a no show - deposit
is forfeit for that date - and a new deposit must be made to hold another
date. We know that sometimes things can go skeewee so the studio guarantees
provide a make up date(s) if client gives 48 hour notice in writing before
cancellation of a session date. The cancelled session will be moved to next
available date that matches studio and customer needs. We Guarantee to
record your material in the best possible way, using the best techniques to
obtain the best recorded results. The rest is up to you.
All remaining balances are due day of session at the start of the session.
Over time past midnight on any session is billed in 3 hour blocks, payment
is due when the clock strikes 12.
